International Women's Day with Yoga Gives Back

Trudy will be participating in the Body-Mind Connection Practice for Prime Time panel on Saturday, March 8 at 5pm PST.

This panel discussion led by long-time esteemed yoga and mindfulness practice teachers will explore the various ways in which their practices have supported their lives, as well as how their practices have evolved and refined to continue to provide innumerable benefits as we age. A unique opportunity to learn from master teachers how we can cope with challenges of aging with tools available for us.
