Please join me for this wonderful and heart opening retreat.
This is a 3-day mindfulness retreat which will feature 4 outstanding mindfulness teachers who have journeyed life with loving and kind awareness, teaching from their hearts to enhance your resilience and wellness.
Each session will comprise guidance, mindfulness practices and Q&A. Sharon Salzberg, Dr. Jack Kornfield and Dr. Trudy Goodman will teach via Zoom at different mornings. Adj. A/Prof Angie Chew will be teaching every day.
You have the option to do the retreat in silence.
